Wedding Packages
Packages start at $45 per person dinner plus gratuity of 22%. If you want to dine during regular restaurant hours, in the dining room, and do not require additional services, and do not need private dining room, we may waive the facility fee for 50 persons or less. 
Facility fees for 50 and up range from $1,000 to $4,500.
We cannot accommodate events in July and August on weekends as our restaurant is open to the public and reservations for lodging guests are well in advance. 
Facility fees are $1,500 for the dining room November through April. 
$2,500 September October May and June  
$3,500 July and August  (not including the Terrace)

Weddings at The Terrace Inn

The Terrace and 1911 Restaurant offers 38 guest rooms with private baths, restaurant/dining room that can seat up to 125, main floor lobby with comfortable leather chairs, outdoor dining terrace, outdoor patio, and garden apartment fully furnished with adjacent "gathering room" which is great for prepping for your day!
The dining room is air-conditioned and has 2,000 sq feet with elegant chandeliers, original antiques, gleaming maple floors, and expansive windows overlooking Bay View's park-like setting. The Inn hosts events year round, however, events over 75 cannot be accommodated July and August. Plated dinners can accommodate 75 guests and Buffet style is suggested for 75-125 persons. A facility fee is added to menu pricing depending on season and ranges from $1,000 to $5,000. Factors impacting the fee include addition of Live Music, additional requests to decorate and use space, moving furniture, etc.
Tastings are complimentary for two people and set up in advance.  
Ceremonies are typically 3 or 4 p.m. with a cocktail hour following so you have time for photographs!  Dinner starts at 5-5:30 p.m. Rehearsal Dinners end at 8:30 p.m.
Receptions end at 10:45 p.m. 
The Garden Apartment has an outdoor patio you can enjoy in good weather along with a furnished kitchen! It used to be an ice cream parlor and before then a tea room so you'll see preserved some of the furnishings reflecting those eras. 
This is our only pet friendly accommodation. 
Private use of the Patio during the day is $300. 
Evenings on the patio exclusively are $500 plus when restaurant is open to the public. 
Fees include ALL Linens, Table, Chairs, Plates, Glassware, Bartender, Servers,
Set up, professional staff service throughout, oil tea votives. Break down and Clean up.

Wedding Menu

 Our most popular menu includes our Fresh caught whitefish or walleye, Chicken Schnitzel, Prime Rib or Carved Roast Beef au jus (for events, not on regular dinner menu), Pork Chops and Vegetarian Lasagna or Pasta Primavera and many other delicious dishes from our menu. Sides are a choice of starch like our beautiful garlic smashed potatoes, Augratins, roasted red potatoes, risotto with vegetable broth (many options), mixed wild rice medley, sweet potatos, home made frites, onion rings, and hot vegetable (seasonal) grilled asparagus, green beans Almondine, braised Brussel sprouts with bacon and onion, roasted root vegetables, for example.  The favorite is our Terrace Inn salad with dried cherries, fresh pear or apple slices, feta and home made croutons and our own special dressing. Fall weddings may opt for heirloom beet salad, Caesar wedge. The Chef will be involved with all your menu planning. Guests will rave about the memorable meal and experience! Dinner per person is $45 and is a three course dinner including soup or salad, Entree, starch, vegetable and dessert. Our classic vanilla bean creme brulee is very popular as is our chocolate torte, pies, cheesecake or lemon blueberry tart. (pecan is a great option in fall and winter)  If you forego dessert we can reduce the price. You can bring your own cake and a cake cutting fee will apply.  We will cut the cake and serve on elegant glass dessert plates.
