CHARMING LODGING IN PETOSKEY

A Beautiful Place to Stay

Escape to a charming lakeside retreat on Little Traverse Bay. Located in the charming community of Bay View, our historic boutique hotel features 38 guest rooms, suites, and apartments. Recently refreshed, the Terrace Inn is the perfect escape with all the delights of downtown Petoskey a short distance away. Please note that due to our historic nature there are no elevators.

All of our stays include a complimentary buffet breakfast, featuring chef prepared eggs dishes, sausage, bacon and a variety of pastries, granola and cereal.

QUEEN ROOMS

Our historically-sized Standard Queen Rooms accommodate 1 Queen bed, cable TV, 32-inch shower, private bath, hairdryer, heat and A/C, Wi-Fi, and daily housekeeping. Enjoy a complimentary breakfast during your stay.

KING ROOMS

1 King-size bed, private full bath with bathtub and shower (105K is the only King with just a shower) in-room coffee maker, hairdryer, heat and A/C, Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping on request, and complimentary breakfast daily.

KING SUITES

Each has 1 King-size bed, a private full bath with jetted tub/shower. In-room mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, and electric fireplace with sitting area are furnished.

KING WHIRLPOOL SUITES

King Whirlpool Suites have 1 King-size bed, cable TV, electric fireplace, kitchenette, separate shower, jetted tub, private bath with toiletries, hairdryer, heat, A/C, Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping on request, and complimentary breakfast provided.

FAMILY SUITE

This King Suite on the third floor overlooks Fair View Park. It includes 1 King-sized bed, cable TV, Wi-Fi, A/C, and a bath with a whirlpool tub and shower. Hairdryer and toiletries provided. There is also an adjoining room with twin beds. Mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker included.

TWIN ROOMS

Our historically-sized Standard Twin Rooms  accommodate 2 twin beds, cable TV, a 32-inch shower, private bath, hairdryer, heat and A/C, Wi-Fi, and daily housekeeping. Enjoy a complimentary breakfast during your stay.

GARDEN APARTMENT

The Garden Apartment is on the lower level, has a private entrance, and is our only pet-friendly room. It includes 1 Bedroom with a King-sized bed, a living room with an electric fireplace, full kitchen with oven, stove, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, plate and glassware, and a private bath with tub/shower. A Twin-Size Daybed can accommodate a third person for an extra charge.
