The Terrace and 1911 Restaurant offers 38 guest rooms and an on-site full dining restaurant with Dining Room and Full Bar. All food is freshly prepared on-site by our staff. Dining Room The Dining Room can be reserved for your event. This elegant space can accommodate up to 125 guests. Facility fees include the use of the furnishings, linens, place settings, glassware, professional service, layout, preparation, and clean-up following the event. It does not include decorating or coordination of photographers, florists, or other services, however, we are happy to provide resources to you.
Fees start at $500 for a small private group off-season to $5,000 in-season for 100 or more guests. Additionally, you can rent rooms for lodging guests and a group discount may apply.
There are 2 bathrooms on the main floor for guest use. These are not ada compliant. A ramp can be put at the front porch on Glendale for the small number of steps up to the Lobby.
Terrace The Terrace is available for rent from May through October (as weather dictates).
Policies Events must end by 10:45 p.m. Live music must be discussed and approved in advance. Dinners Dinners can be plated up to 100 guests. Buffet is an option for 50 or more guests.
Pricing is per plate and menu is based on our current seasonal menu. ($45 to $62 p.p.)
Our manager Belinda Plank will assist you. For example, a 75 person dinner may have 3 entree choices, 1 or 2 salad choices, and 1 or 2 dessert choices.
Food order must be placed two weeks in advance and guest will be billed accordingly. Accommodations Our 38 rooms include private baths, cable TV, WIFI, breakfast and housekeeping.
