Rooms & Rates

All rooms and suites offer private bath, clock radio, hairdryer,  cable tv, a/c, daily maid service, eco-friendly bath amenities and breakfast with your stay.  Five rooms are on the main floor, the remainder on the 2nd and 3rd floors.  We apologize, there is no elevator in our historic facility.  Please let us know should you desire help with your luggage on arrival. Thank you!
 
RATES:  Peak Season is June through Labor Day weekend   Quiet Season is Sept through May 
Weekdays are Sun through Thurs / Weekends Fri and Sat.

Cottage rooms-  have 1 queen or 2 twin beds, private bath with shower/no tub, most affordable, closest to original in size and
furnishings and all the above amenities.  Peak season $89/$109  Quiet Season  $69/$89

Deluxe rooms- have 1 queen or 1 king bed, private bath with tub/shower combination and all the above amenities.  In addition 214
and 314 have an electric fireplace.  212 is Hemingway theme room  Peak season $109/$129    Quiet season   $79/$119

Queen Whirlpool Suites-have 1 queen bed, jetted garden tub in bath, microwave, mini-frig, coffeemaker, electric fireplace and sitting area.  Peak season  $129/$149    Quiet Season $109/$129
 

King Whirlpool Suites-have 1 king bed, larger jet tub, microwave, mini-frig, coffeemaker, electric fireplace and separate shower with
dual showerheads and back jets.  Peak Season  $149/$169     Quiet season $129/$149

*Please add 8% taxes to rates.  Minimums may be required during peak season weekends.  Rates are based on double occupancy. 
Note: Only some deluxe rooms and suites can accommodate a third person in the room.  Please call to reserve a rollaway in advance.
Adults $25 per night children $15 per night. pack and plays free-based on availability.

   

 



Breakfast is offered in our dining room 8:00-10:00 a.m. daily.
Our buffet includes: Coffee, variety of teas, homemade pastries, waffle station, yogurt, fresh fruit, hand crafted granola and
occasionally hot dishes as well.

" I just stayed here for two nights to get away and relax during some time off from work. I have stayed here over 20 nights this past year and I have never been disappointed. The inn is set in Bayview and is surrounded by century old victorian style cottages. The owners of the inn are very gracious and friendly and so are all of the staff members. The rooms are furnished with antiques. I love sitting by the real fireplace in the parlor where you can read and relax. The beds are very comfortable and you will get a great night sleep here!
