Enchanted Garden Suite (Room 209) is named for its garden themed floral and butterfly wallpaper and original artwork of Bay View and Terrace Inn gardens. The Bed is a walnut carved bed and furnishings are comfortable Victorian cottage.
Tree Top Suite (Room 303) is named for the view of treetops over the cottages. It has a slightly more rustic feel with a queen wood-cream colored bed and nightstands and simple gold-sand color scheme. Original paintings of trees and birds enhance the theme. In addition, this suite has an adjoining room with a twin-size daybed. Rooms share a bath with jet tub and standing shower as well as “kitchenette” of sorts with mini-frig, microwave and coffeemaker.
Abby's Suite (Room 309) is named after Abigail Sweet, a young maid originally from Ireland who immigrated with her family to New York, and arrived sometime during the first year the Inn was open to work. EVP’s was recorded with her name clearly stated from an area in the Dining Room, directly below Room 309. Research indicated she was never heard from again by her family in New York. Thus, the mystery of what happened to her is unsolved.
Lilac Suite (Room 314) is named for the Lilac bushes it overlooks on Glendale Ave., original paintings of lilacs, and a soft lavender color scheme. The bed is a white wrought iron canopy bed with white wood nightstands and antique dresser.

"We very much enjoy the Terrace Inn. Have been there at least 4 times over the years. We enjoy just walking through the historic neighborhood and then of course shopping in Petoskey. It is very calm and relaxing and we also enjoy eating there."
