From business specials to elopement packages and romantic getaways, a visit to the Inn can be made more special or customized to your special occasion or event.

A “cake for two” can be added to your room for just $12.00 plus tax and is home made by Sarah Sturr who also makes all of our chocolates, and other confections.  Just let us know whether you want vanilla/chocolate swirl, german chocolate, or confetti and white or chocolate frosting plus your message and we’ll have it ready for you!  Birthdays, anniversarys, honeymoons are just a few examples of holidays made more fun with a cake.

Our beautiful logo’d wine glasses are a wonderful keepsake to add and at just $15.00 for 2 (plus tax) we can have them fashioned with ribbon and a pretty note card for you in the room, or alongside a bottle of wine (Terrace Red) or Traverse White with an ice bucket of course to chill, on a pretty silver tray..a bottle of Michigan Bedazzled from Black Star Farms is the perfect way to celebrate your getaway!  It is delicious, fruity, and not expensive!

Hefty black logo’d Mugs are popular with our male guests and elegant enough for the ladies.
Add to your room $15 for 2 plus tax and along with that you may like some truffles, a specialty of Sarah’s, seafoam, chocolate sucker or slow poke (remember those?), or rock candy in assorted flavors.
 

Roses are always romantic, and our local florist Margie is happy to oblige!  Just add $25.00 and she’ll prepare a beautiful arrangement of ½ dozen or high grade roses you can take home too!

A Massage is always a treat and therapeutic as well relaxing.  Our therapist will be happy to address any muscular issue you are having problems with.  Just give us time to schedule her and let us know any particular areas of concern, as well as if you are pregnant or have a medical diagnosis as it requires Dr. permission.  Add $65.00 per person per visit. Gratuity not included.

Books..the Inn is supplied with books to choose from..and a gift of a book is something to be treasured always.  Whether a coffee table book, or book on Haunted Places (which the Inn is included in!) or the Story of the Boys from Beulah Home, a local orphanage whose owner came under fire and the case ended up in the Supreme Court..it makes a great gift for you or a friend.

To cancel your stay, you must give at least 48 hours notice.
A $25.00 cancellation fee will apply. You will be charged for the entire portion of the stay when this required notice is not met.

Special events require 30 days notice to cancel without penalty.
