Join us for our Winter Yoga Retreat at the historic Terrace Inn in beautiful Bay View, Michigan.
Cindy Gray will teach you to connect your mind, body, and spirit in a healthy way. Participate in yoga; learn and enjoy restful nights in a peaceful and serene atmosphere.
The weekend retreat includes a two night's stay in a cottage style room; Friday intro and welcome appetizers, four yoga classes, dream interpretation over brunch; Saturday night dinner and a light breakfast Sunday featuring our homemade granola parfaits.
