Chipotle Rubbed Shrimp over Garlic Mashed Potatoes topped with Crispy Leeks and drizzled with White Truffle Oil

Roasted Beet and Winter Vegetable Borscht

Salad :

Bouquet Style Terrace Inn Salad with Maple Vinaigrette

Entrees:

Choose one of the following per person.
(All entrees come with Contemporary Twice Baked Potato and French Beans)

Tournedos of Beef "Oscar" Style
Asparagus, Portobello Mushrooms and Maryland Crab sautéed and topped with Béarnaise Sauce

or

Cornmeal Crusted Halibut served on top of Vegetable and White Bean Ragout

or

Double Bone-In Pork Chop grilled and brushed with a Michigan Maple Glaze and a Tender Baked Apple


Dessert:

Warm Raspberry & Chocolate Lava Cake with a Scoop of Peppermint Ice Cream




The Terrace Inn has
a fully licensed bar.



According to State Beverage Laws, guests must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol. Alcohol consumed on premise must be purchased from the Inn, with the exception of private guest rooms.
